Raoul Lachenal (1885-1956) became known at the beginning of the 20th century when he took over the workshop of his father, Émile Lachenal, a major figure of Art Nouveau. Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, he developed a unique style, blending tradition and modernity, which earned him international fame. His creations, characterized by elegant shapes and glazes rich in textures and colors, reflect a subtle balance between decorative art and utilitarian ceramics.
